Rare opportunity to own a historical and nostalgic early Victorian style farmhouse and outbuildings... "Willson's Chance" is located near Denton and is sited on 1.1 acres. Only three families have owned the property for a total of 246 years of it's 268 year existence. The Willson's were the owners from 1732 until 1860 and were known for "generations of confidence and conscience". James Willson obtained the first Deed on Willson's Chance in 1732 and by 1749 had cleared 35 acres of the Great Forest of the Choptank in order to reside and farm there.
